A two-day capacity-building workshop was conducted on 19-20 March 2026 for project staff of REAP, CLEAP, and ESP by Loo Niva jointly with Patan CBR. The workshop focused on strengthening staff knowledge and skills in key areas such as Right to Education, Inclusive Education, Disability Rights, Local-Level Advocacy, Case Study Writing, and Documentation. In total, 19 staff, including 11 males and 8 females, participated in the program.
Participants actively engaged in discussions, group work, and experience sharing, which helped them better understand challenges in the field, especially related to data management, inclusion of vulnerable children, and policies. All the sessions were conducted with practical experiences.
The workshop also highlighted the importance of proper documentation, evidence-based advocacy, and coordination with local governments to ensure sustainable results. Staff gained practical skills in writing effective case studies, maintaining meeting minutes, and advocating for child rights and inclusion at the community level. Despite minor challenges such as time constraints and technical issues, the program successfully enhanced teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among participants.
