A focal teacher's workshop was held on April 30, 2025, at Loo Niva's meeting hall. Altogether 23 focal teachers from various project schools participated in the program. The main objective of the meeting was to gather suggestions and plan for upcoming activities. The event was facilitated by Program Officer Ms. Sabitri Dahal and began with a welcome and participant introduction led by Program Manager Mr. Sant Ram Dangol. Program Coordinator Mr. Krishna Govinda Maharjan then shared the purpose of the meeting and presented an overview of the 2025 Educational Support Program (ESP) activities.
The session included a discussion on enhancing parent-child interaction during the annual gathering and organizing exposure visits for focal teachers. Participants also discussed challenges in reducing school dropout rates and other pressing issues faced by teachers. Importantly, the meeting helped finalize the list of ESP students across 21 schools and set the date for the annual gathering. The event was an important step toward strengthening coordination and ensuring effective implementation of the sponsorship program.
