The monitoring and evaluation along with the program team conducted the internal monitoring visit at the different areas of the PREP project during the month of March. They visited the project schools of Konjyosom and Mahankal rural municipalities. They conducted the meetings with the school teachers, members of SMC, PTA, and the child club. The meeting focused on the accessibility audits and effects that have been seen in the school, the plan related to the recommendation of the report, and the present status of the school emergency support fund at school. The visiting team also discussed with the chairperson, vice-chair, chief administrative officer, planning officer, and chief of education departs and women and children section during this visit. The meeting focused on the formulation of a child rights policy, managing the disability help desk, and the effectiveness of the PREP project in the project location of Mahankal rural municipality. The meeting was very fruitful. It helped to collect constructive feedback for further improvement in project interventions.
