The focal teacher meeting was conducted on 28th November, 2025, with 22 participants from 17 different ESP schools at the meeting hall of Loo Niva. The short event was organized to gather update of individual sponsored students and gather suggestions for future activities to strengthen program implementation.
The overall event was facilitated by Program Officer, Ms. Sabitri Dahal, who opened the meeting with a welcome speech and outlined its objectives. The M&E coordinator, Mr. Gyan Bhakta Maharjan, presented monitoring findings from October 2025, highlighting issues such as irregular Parents' meetings, limited communication between parents, and parents' lack of awareness about their children's progress and needs. These findings were discussed, and he also emphasized the reporting mechanism between Loo Niva and ESP schools.
At the end of the meeting, the program Coordinator, Mr. Krishna Govinda Maharjan, shared about the additional support and need assessment process for future assistance. The details of the Education Support Program (ESP) activities planned for 2026 were also shared, and focal teachers were requested to complete the need assessment form and submit it to Loo Niva by 10 December 2025.
