The Annual Social Appraisal Workshop and Annual Review were jointly organized at the Palika level with the active participation of key project stakeholders. The workshop aimed to review overall project progress, assess social accountability, and promote shared learning and coordination among stakeholders.
A total of 84 participants attended the workshop, including Palika Chairperson and executive members, local level staff, head teachers, SMC and PTA representatives, and child club representatives. Among the participants, 61 were men and 23 were women, reflecting inclusive stakeholder engagement.
The workshop provided a platform for presenting achievements, discussing challenges, and gathering feedback from stakeholders. Through open dialogue and reflection, participants contributed to strengthening transparency, accountability, and collective ownership of project interventions, supporting improved planning and implementation at the local level.
