On 19 August 2025, the REAP Project team from Loo Niva visited the Education Division of the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD), Bagmati Province, for technical support and the dissemination of the endorsed School Education Sector Plan (SESP). The visiting team included Program Manager Mr. Sant Ram Dangol, Program Coordinator Mr. Krishna Govinda Maharjan, Program Officer Ms. Suchitra Thapa, and Senior Social Mobilization Officer Mr. Manoj Dulal, Social Mobilization Officer Ms. Apsara Shrestha, and Senior Social Mobilization Officer Ms. Meengmar Lama. During the meeting, discussions were held with Mr. Ghana Shyam Khanal, Chief of the Education Division, and the Director General of the Education Development and Directorate. The meeting laid the groundwork for technical collaboration, with SESP dissemination activities scheduled to commence after October 2025 under MoSD leadership.

The visit to Bagmati Province MoSD and the orientation in Mahankal Rural Municipality were effective activities in advancing the adoption and localization of the SESP. These engagements fostered dialogue, ownership, and collaboration among key stakeholders and resulted in practical steps, including the formation of a working committee, which will guide SESP implementation at the local level. These experiences reaffirmed that the chosen activities were appropriate for achieving both short-term outputs and long-term educational outcomes.
